The First Creative Cards Zoom Class was a success! Even though I lost internet connection in the middle of the class and had to get logged back in everyone created some beautiful cards. I was so inspired by Sheila’s card that I just had to make another card using some of her ideas!

Sheila used the Stitched Greenery Die instead of an embossing folder for the background of the card. This is actually the first time I used this die. Love it! I also wanted to use a ribbon, wrapped around the white layer, BUT, darn my greeting stamp had the label on crooked so I stamped the greeting super crooked and had to put on my thinking cap. I pulled out the Tailor Made Tags Die to fix my booboo. I still wanted to get a piece of ribbon on the card! So, I added it to the hole in the tag.

I switched up the colors and made this a get well card instead of a sympathy card. This card is heading out to the mail box as soon as I finish this post. My friend and co-grandma Rachelle had some foot surgery last week and I thought I would send this to her to cheer her up. Sitting still is not Rachelle’s favorite pastime.

Wink of Stella was brushed over the flower to give it some sparkle. It’s hard to see in the photo though.
