Stampin’ Blends are alcohol based markers that work wonderfully for blending colors. They work best on smooth coated papers like Basic White or Very Vanilla. Use Tuxedo Memento Ink for stamping the image or heat emboss the image with embossing powders. The best way to learn how to use them is TO USE THEM! They work great for coloring in images even without doing any blending. So if you have a stack of Blends that are gathering dust on your shelf, dust them off and join me in making a card this evening.

What you need to make the card:

Stampin’ Blend Markers in two colors 1 set of green and 1 set of pink/red
Basic White Cardstock
Colored Cardstock to coordinate with your marker colors
Stamp set with a large floral image (I’m using Prized Peony)

 

After the coloring is complete, brush over the flower with a Wink of Stella pen to add some shimmer. I hope to see you this evening 🙂
