When I saw the Card Concept #170 Challenge with the green bicycle in the theme photo I knew that I just had to create a card using the bicycle from Windmill Dies! Then my next thought was how to make it sparkle like the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

The stamped image is colored using Stampin’ Blend Alcohol Markers and I’ve added 3 of the Brushed Brass Butterflies. Darn that reminds me, I just put in an order and forgot to add another pack. I love these little flat butterfly embellishments and hope that they carry over into the next catalog.

Here is the challenge theme photo, doesn’t the tree and girl image fit the inspiration photo perfectly? I didn’t work in the shamrocks or the hat but I thought it might be too much. As usual my card follows the clean and simple style as defined by the Card Concept. I seem to be pretty predictable, lol.
Clean & Simple Definition:
One main image
Lots of open space (uncluttered)
Limited layers & embellishments
Quick & easy to recreate

To get a sparkly bike, after die cutting it from Granny Apple Green cardstock, coat it four times with Wink of Stella.
