Yesterday, my husband and I went on a boat ride in the Ten Thousands Islands area of the Everglades National Park. We saw lots of mangrove islands, brown pelicans, terns, cormorants and a bald eagle, but the stars of the show were the dolphins! First we saw two males who leaped in our wake but then a pod of females joined them and the boys started to show off!

I took dozens of photos but these are two of my favorites. Lots of photos of fins, lol. I was pretty excited even to see the fins, but when they started jumping I was lucky to even concentrate enough to remember to use my camera!
