This card started out as pieces for a Mystery Card Challenge. I ended up not getting home in time to attend the Zoom meeting, darn, but, I decided to go ahead and finish the card since I had the parts and pieces all cut. The Beauty of Friendship Bundle is currently on sale for a 20% discount. This card uses the birds and greeting die from the Beautiful Trees Dies set.
Here are the dimension that we were given:
- 1/2 piece of cardstock for base
- white 3 7/8″ x 5 3/8″
- Pattern Paper 1 – 1 1/2″ x 5″
- Pattern Paper 2 – 2 1/4″ x 2″
- Pattern Paper 3 – 2 1/4″ x 3″
I was a bit unsure which direction to cut the 2 1/2″ x 3″ piece so I cut a 3″ strip and then waited until I actually made the card to see which direction the trees needed to be standing, lol. I did end up pulling out the Beautiful Shapes Dies and adding the little shapes behind the birds, mostly because I haven’t used those shapes yet and just wanted to play with them, hehehe.
