This card uses the Stained Glass Technique. The image is stamped on the front of a piece of the Lovely Layering Vellum and then it is colored with Stampin’ Blend Markers on the back of the vellum. The flowers are colored with the new In-Color Orchid Oasis and the leaves are Parakeet Party.

The vellum was adhered to the card front with Stampin’ Seal on the corners and to cover the adhesive two one inch squares of Starry Night cardstock were cut diagonally and glued over the corners of the vellum. A die cut circle was also adhered to the card front before the vellum was added to make a shadow behind the greeting.
