Dawn chose two of the new 2022-2024 In Colors for this card, Starry Sky and Parakeet Party, wow, what a nice combo!

The flowers are so easy to create with the two step stamps, and are simple to line up. The matching Starry Sky Baker’s Twine comes in a pack with all 5 new In Colors. A sprinkling of rhinestones add some sparkle for a classic Dawn card.
