When I need to jump start my creativity, the first place I go is to the Stampin’ Up! catalog. This card is CASED right from page 103 of the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog.

Of course, I had to purchase the Pretty Birds Bundle! I love parakeets and the large cage die is just so much fun! This card features all 3 single birds from the stamp set. There is also a smaller image with 5 birds perched together on a branch and a small hanging cage.

I love how easy it is to color in the birds! The color is added to the birds with two step stamping. The only parts colored with markers were the feet and beaks, which are Gray Granite and Daffodil Delight. The swing is done with a retired Galvanized paper but Gray Granite cardstock would be a good substitute.

The greeting is from the Through It Together stamp set and then die cut with one of the label dies from the Sending Dies. The two birds on the outside of the cage are popped up with dimensionals. The background was left blank which was a switch from the card that I CASED. I liked a clean look.
