As promised here is another version of the Friends are like Seashells card. This one has the shells fussy cut out of the same Pearlescent Specialty Paper. This idea comes from a #CreativeChallegeSU that I saw on Instagram.

First emboss a 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of the Pearlescent Specialty Paper with the Seashells 3D Embossing Folder. Next, color the shells and any some of the greens with Stampin’ Write Markers. Finally, use a paper snips and cut out the embossed and colored images.

The shells are layered onto a 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ piece of Pool Party Cardstock which has a greeting stamped with Tuxedo Black ink on the top right corner, sand dots done with Sahara Sand ink across the bottom, random greens stamped with Soft Sea Foam and some of the blotch stamps from the stamp set stamped in colors matching the shells. These blotches are used to cast shadows behind the shells.

A 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Very Vanilla is layered behind the Pool Party piece and everything sits on a 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ card base which is scored at 4 1/4″. The inside of the card has a blank 4″ x 5 1/4″ layer to write on.
