Sometimes I like to give a little love to the background stamps included in a stamp set. The Regal Reindeer animals and girl stand out so much that the pretty trees take a back seat, so for this card, I decided to make the trees the main image.

The trees are stamped with Old Olive ink and then die cut with the matching die from the Reindeer Dies. Cut out the little star from Daffodil Delight cardstock at the same time to save cranking, lol. The Balmy Blue layer is cut with the Deckled Rectangle Die that is about 3″ x 4 1/4″. The snow layers are cut from Basic White starting with pieces that are 2 1/2″ x 3″ and 2″ x 3″. One layer of snow is placed behind the trees and the over layer over the top. Stamp the greeting with the Old Olive ink before adhering.

Add the Starry Sky Baker’s Twine with a bow, then adhere the panel to a standard 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ card base of Starry Sky. There is even a beautiful saying for the inside included in the Regal Reindeer stamp set, YAY!
