Did you have a nice Christmas? I sure hope so! The kids all came over to our house on Christmas Eve and we spent Christmas Day packing up a borrowed trailer for our trip south for the winter. Yikes, what a chore, it almost makes me question this whole snow bird thing! We plan on being down there for 4 months this year, so all of my current stamp sets are going, inks, paper, markers, storage boxes… I’m so thankful that my husband’s sister loaned us their trailer. Hopefully, the blizzard is all passed and the roads will be passable today.
The card that I’m sharing today is a CASE of a swap that I received from Shelly Gruber. It is one of the cards that we did at Creative Cards Class. It’s really easy to make. The special trick is the two punched and scored circles that hold the bird in position when the card is opened.

Here is a printable instruction sheet:

The inside has a narrow white strip added for a signature and the card folds flat to insert into an envelope. Thankfully, the Perched in a Tree stamp set and Aspen Tree dies are carrying over, YAY! If you didn’t purchase them yet, there is still plenty of time.

For some additional Valentine Fun order the cute little heart shaped treat boxes that will coordinate with the Locked in Love Paper Pumpkin Kit.
