Today’s card using the In the Country SALE-A-BRATION stamp set starts with a heat embossed image. I really like coloring the image with the embossed lines much better than the no-line technique that I used on the first two cards.

Gold Embossing Powder was used after inking with VersaMark. It made it so much easier to color! A quick coloring with watercolor pencils, making the doorways really dark and everything else light was really fast. Then a Blending Pen was used to spread the color.

The Basic Gray frame is made by layering two of the Stitched Rectangle Dies together. The Linen Thread is wrapped around three times and tied in a bow. The greeting is stamped with Granny Apple Green ink and popped up with dimensionals. A piece of the Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper covers the entire Basic White card base and three little Brushed Metallic gems complete the card.
