My family has LOTS of cat lovers, so the Love Cats stamp set was a must! Even if you don’t love cats these cute images and funny sayings are great.
So, today I created 3 cards using the cat that loves to hang out with you (inside greeting). All of the stamping is done with Tuxedo Black ink and the hearts are colored with a red marker and then glammed up with a little brush of Wink of Stella. I did use my Stamparatus for stamping the cats so that I could stamp more than once to get a nice dark image. For this card, a real red matte was added which has been embossed with the Gingham Embossing Folder although it doesn’t show up on the photo. A single strip of Black and White Gingham Ribbon with no bows or knots was added across the bottom.
This guy got some fun googlie eyes, I think he is going to be hanging out with one of my cat loving grandsons.
My final cat is hanging out in the woods with a piece of the Happy Forest Friends Designer Series Paper. I did have to fussy cut him out with a pair of scissors. There are 2 dimensionals under the cat to pop the him up but the rope is glued down with liquid glue to make the cat look like he’s swinging in the breeze. The pretty blue strips are from the Sun Prints paper pack and a piece was also added to the envelope flap.
