Sunshine & Smiles Paper Pumpkin Kit Part II

Today’s post brings us to the end of the cards that I made with the Sunshine & Smiles Paper Pumpkin Kit. This kit was so darn much fun.

This card is made exactly to the directions. Every once in a while I TRY to follow directions, lol.

For this card, I pulled in a greeting from the A Grand Kid stamp set and a friendly turtle from the Playing in the Rain Bundle (stamps and dies).

For this card one of the bunnies from the Easter Bunny Bundle hopped on.

This card uses the stamp set from the Sunshine & Smiles kit plus the cute turtle from the Playing in the Rain Bundle. The little frog is die cut with the add on die set that was available for this kit. The openings are die cut with the Stitched Rectangle Dies. The Country Gingham paper was a good match for the original card bases from the kit and the Happy Forest Friends Designer Paper made a nice woodsy backdrop. The gems were from the kit.

To color the critters, I used the critters from the kit and copied the colors as closely as possible. Just Jade, Old Olive and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends were used.

My final card uses a Mint Macaron base and some 2022-2024 In Color Opals.

I hope that these cards inspire you to pull out that Paper Pumpkin Box and get stamping! The Paper Pumpkin Kits are a great starter point and a great way to build up a library of greeting and image stamps.

Subscribe to Paper Pumpkin by March 10 to get the 10 Years of Growth kit which celebrates 10 years of Paper Pumpkin. I can’t believe that it’s been that long since I got my first kit!
