With Easter fast approaching, it’s time to start making Easter cards! It’s going to be a strange Easter for me this year. It will be the first time ever that I haven’t spent Easter with my family so I especially need to make Easter cards for the kids. My husband and I will still be hiding out from winter, lol.

The Easter Bunny stamp set has three cute Easter Bunnies to play with. though this card only uses one of them. The Easter Bunny and eggs on this card are cut out with scissors. There is an Easter Bunny Punch which cuts out one of bunny images but it out of stock until May 15. The Happy Easter greeting is die cut with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies.

The green layer is embossed with one of the Basic Embossing Folders which come in a set of three and some pretty Resin Flowers are added. The bunny has just a bit of pink alcohol marker added for shadows, ears and nose. The eggs are also colored with Stampin’ Blend alcohol markers.

The pretty speckled paper is from the Rain or Shine Designer Series Paper pack and is a 3″ x 3″ square cut diagonally, then placed on opposite corners of the embossed layer.
