This week I will be sharing a bunch of Easter cards that I have created using the Easter Bunny stamp set and A Grand Kid stamp set. There are so many fun ways to use the cute bunnies in the Easter Bunny set! I did do a lot of fussy cutting on these cards but each of the eight cards is different and I will be sharing one card each day so check back daily to see them all!

For this card I decided to start out with a bunny stamped on Soft Suede cardstock and color highlights in with Watercolor Pencils. He sits on two pieces of the springy County Gingham DSP which were cut with the Stitched Rectangle Dies. A piece of the Lovely Layers Vellum sits on top of the Highland Heather card base. I love that these vellum pieces are the perfect size for layering on a card base!

The white Watercolor pencil was used to color the bunny’s tummy and Flirty Flamingo was used for his ears, nose and cheeks. A bit of Basic Gray was added to the spots on his paws. The carrot was actually stamped on a piece of the Rain or Shine Designer Paper and then the top was colored with an Old Olive Watercolor pencil. The carrot is popped up with a sliver of a dimensional. The eggs were colored with Stampin’ Blend Markers and covered with Shimmery Crystal Effects which is a retired product. I really need to use it up because it was getting really thick and hard to work with.

The inside of the card has a greeting from the A Grand Kid stamp set with some butterflies and grass from the Easter Bunny set, all colored with Watercolor pencils.
