Today’s Easter card has a fun peek through window created with the Picture This Dies and a flower field background of pretty patterned paper from the Rain or Shine Designer Series Paper pack.

A 4 7/8″ x 3 5/8″ piece of Basic White cardstock is used for stamping the images. To get them lined up correctly, pencil lines were drawn lightly to mark the circles then the patterned paper was moved out of the way for stamping. After stamping the pencil lines were erased. A post it note was used to cover the area under the center bunny when he was being stamped, to prevent ink lines in the other circles. After the images were colored the white layer was glued to the back of the patterned paper.

The Light Petal Pink Stampin’ Blend Marker was used to add color to the inside of the ears, nose, and cheeks of the bunnies.

The bunnies didn’t stand out enough on the white paper so an Old Olive Watercolor Pencil was used to add color to the area behind the bunnies and then a Blender Pen was used to smooth out the lines.

The bird is colored with Light Tahitian Blue and the butterfly is done with Light Daffodil Delight and Light Cajun Craze Stampin’ Blend Markers.

The image layer is popped up with dimensionals and placed on a matte of Mango Melody on an Old Olive base.

The inside uses the same color scheme with strips of the DSP and a flower image colored with Stampin’ Blend Markers above the Tahitian Tide Easter greeting. The Mango Melody layer is embossed with one of the Basic 3D Embossing Folders. Of course, some bunnies are seen peeking around the corners of the envelope.
Watch for those bunnies hopping around and have a great day!
