All the Little Things Paper Pumpkin

Today I’m sharing some of the cards from the April 2023 All the Little Things Paper Pumpkin Kit. When I first opened the package, my first thought was that I wasn’t going to alter any of the designs, they were SO beautiful! But, of course it’s so hard to make two cards alike, (swaps are difficult for me, lol) that I did change up the cards a bit.

I needed some thank you cards for customer who placed orders during the free shipping sale, so I pulled out a thank you greeting from the Grassy Grove stamp set. Other than the greeting this card is made to the directions. I fell in love with the foiled floral layer! The photo just doesn’t capture it’s glory.

I absolutely loved the Shaded Spruce card base behind the foiled floral image way better than the Petal Pink one, so I used it for the next two cards. For this one, I added a 1/2″ strip of the Naturally Gilded Specialty Paper.

For the final card, I used the black twine instead of the Coral and left off the Calypso Coral strip, it just didn’t mesh well with shaded spruce base.

Because I used two of the shaded spruce bases for the first card, I only had one left to create this card as shown in the directions. I kept looking for the spotted white strip, lol, until I finally realized that it was a white strip that needed to be stamped. I love these little backgroundy stamps! They add so much interest to a card.

I actually liked the pink background with this design the best. I added the little single flowers off to the side though, because I thought they got lost on top of the large flower sprig and they are too pretty to just blend in.

For the final card of this design, I used the white base with the blue layer and again put the little flowers off to the side.

Well that’s all I have for now, didn’t get the third design done and we’re off on an adventure for the day. The park is shutting off the water for maintenance so it seemed like a good day to go bumming.
