Sending Cheer

For today’s card the theme is blue, as in the color blue not as on sad, lol. I wanted to see how well the new blue colors combined.

The Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper uses Balmy Blue, Boho Blue, Misty Moonlight, and Night of Navy. The card base is Boho Blue and the matte layer is Misty Moonlight.

The images and greetings are from the Bottled Happiness set and the Vintage Bottle Punch was used to cut out the bottle. The bottle was stamped with Misty Moonlight and Boho Blue ink. While for the flowers, Azure Afternoon and Tahitian Tide were used on Basic White paper. After fussy cutting the flowers the white was just too white, so the background was colored in with a light Sea Foam Stampin’ Blend Marker. To pull a bit more Sea Foam onto the card, the little label was stamped with Sea Foam and a Misty Moonlight greeting was added. The black square was die cut with the Stylish Shapes Dies and the greeting on the bottom was stamped on Basic White paper with Misty Moonlight ink and the Soft Sea Foam ink was added with a Blending Brush. The pretty variegated ribbon is Balmy Blue and White.
