Happy Monday! The sun is shinning and it’s a beautiful day (it could be a bit warmer). I was watching 6 Blue Jays on the ground under our bird feeder earlier this morning. My craft room is in my basement and if I stand I can see the birds outside the windows.

Today’s card was created during a Mystery Stamping Game with the STARS demonstrator group lead by Dawn Olchefski.

The card uses the Lovely Arrangements Bundle with the new Floral Spray 3D Embossing Folder from the Valley in Bloom Suite. You may not recognize the large die cut from the Lovely Arrangements Dies behind the greeting. It was cut from a 3 3/8″ x 2 1/4″ piece of Secret Sea paper so that the edges are cut flat rather than a full circle.

Just a hint of color was added to the center of the white flower with a blending brush.

If I get everything done (fingers crossed) I will be done a video using the Valley in Bloom Suite on Wednesday. I’ve just started playing with these products. I’m in love with the Floral Spray Embossing Folder! I also love Lilies of the Valley but, alas, I don’t have good luck growing them. I remember my mom having a row of them along the whole north side of our house when I was growing up and I loved picking bouquets of them.

I’m busy weeding my flower gardens and planting my bulbs. I’ve told my son and his girlfriend that the vegetable garden is all theirs this year. With spending winters in Florida I don’t use up the frozen or canned vegetables.
