Today’s card was created with the Balloon Festoon Bundle, which is a new release from the May to August catalog. This is my first time using this set and I’m thinking it’s going to be one of my favorites. I love the set of dies with 7 different sized balloons as well as accessories.

The balloons are die cut from the Splash of Sparkles Designer Series Paper. Then a second set of balloons was die cut from Secret Sea card stock. The Secret Sea balloons were cut in half lengthwise and adhered behind the Splash of Sparkles balloons to create a shadow.

The card base and matte layer colors are pulled from the designer paper. The balloon strings are also a die cut, done from Secret Sea paper.
