Good Morning!

I’m in a rush as usual. I planned on getting up early this morning and getting this post completed, before I had to leave to attend a funeral, but I still haven’t gotten over the time change. It usually takes me about 2 weeks to reset my inner time clock. Of course, if I hadn’t waited until last night to create my card, that would have helped too.

I’m super excited to see all of the wonderful punch art cards that the STARS create today. I CASED mine from Carol Payne and made very little changes to it, because I loved the card!

I used circle punches in sizes 2″, 1 3/8″ and 1 1/4″ but any similar sizes would work, or dies as well. The legs are hand drawn with a journaling pen. The gorgeous happy birthday greeting is from the Free Sale-a-bration Happy Birthday To You set.

Paper colors: Pacific Point, Daffodil Delight and Crushed Curry – The hats are from the Birthday Bonanza DSP. I used the tip of a Christmas tree punch for the beaks and hats. They could easily be hand cut as well.
