This week I’m fairly certain that it is actually Friday! I know that last week, I lost track of the days, lol. Today, I’m sharing some Swap cards that I received that are showcasing the Simply Succulent Bundle. Every time that I see the Simply Succulent stamps I think of my gorgeous Pony Tail (Burro Tail) plant at home and hope that my son Ethan hasn’t over watered it while I’ve been gone. He assured me during our phone conversation last night that all of my plants are still alive.

I love all of the texture and layers that Beverly put on this card. I think that the white layer behind the flowers is actually water color paper which has been brushed with a yellow ink, maybe So Saffron. I love the ‘water drops’ on the trailing vines and the thread around the pot. Did you notice that ends are knotted and frayed? This is one of those cards, that the more you look, the more you see.

The coloring on this card by Mary Koch is simply beautiful! I love the minty colors with the purple accents. I also love the way the flowers spill out of the die cut background. Mary also used the ‘water droplets’ on her card.
