Garden Ramble

It is a gorgeous spring morning! Finally some sunshine and promise of warmth. It was so pretty out that I decided to walk around my gardens before doing some yard work (trimming) and decided to share some of my pretty flowers with you. Living out on a farm I sometimes feel like I’m the only one who gets to enjoy them.

This little dragonfly is a new addition to my garden family. He just flew home with us on our return trip from Florida this spring.

Pansies to use for inspiration making cards using the Pansy Petals Suite
I’ve been a little hesitant to put water in the fountain just yet.
Daffodils are one of my favorites but I only have a few that come up year after year.

If anyone knows a good way to repaint metal/concrete/plastic lawn ornaments, I’d love to hear about it! Some of my friends are getting a bit faded.

Old Fashioned Bleeding Hearts – this plant is about 30 years old
This Fern Leaf Bleeding Heart is a bit younger, maybe 25 years
Daffodils that I hoped would take over a bed but a few are still trying
My partner in crime, Max

Max and I usually get some quiet time in the mornings while everyone else sleeps and we wander the yard enjoying the peacefulness.

Hope you enjoyed a walk through my garden! Hope you have a wonderful day.
