Easter was really tough for me. I’m used to being surrounded by my children and their families and it was a bit lonely down here in our retirement paradise. To help me feel closer to the kids, I started working on my Easter scrapbook pages from last year’s celebrations. I’ve been busy working on my scrapbooks but still have a long ways to go to get caught up!

It seemed only fitting to start with my first grandchild. I’m sure that very soon he won’t be joining in on the egg hunts, but I’m glad he is still enjoying them. I even received a photo of him collecting eggs again this year.

The bunnies and eggs are from the Easter Bunny stamp set and were colored with Stampin’ Blend Markers.

The grass is from the Palms Die set.

The crouching bunny has a matching punch but the other bunnies and the eggs were all fuss cut.

I’m not sure if working on these pages helped or made me miss the kids more, lol. I hope that this pages gives you some inspiration for ways to use your stamps, ink, paper, dies, and punches for something other than cards.
