Peel Back Peekaboo Technique

Looking for a unique peekaboo technique? The Peel Back Peekaboo Technique can be done by tearing the paper or by using dies.

This technique makes me think of those old type of canned meat containers with a ‘key’ and the lid was twisted back by turning the key, lol. Do they still make those? This card uses the On the Horizon Bundle. I can’t believe that the On the Horizon Bundle is retiring at the end of this month! It has been such a popular set.

This card is one that we did in the May Creative Cards Class. Here is a printable instruction sheet if you would like to recreate this card.

Because I wanted to use a specific portion of the pretty New Horizon Designer Paper, I decided to cut a separate layer to add on top of the card base rather than die cutting directly on the card base. This way the inside of the cover wouldn’t have a weird sized bit of designer paper showing.

The left over designer paper made a pretty addition to the inside of the card.

Those cute pebbles are also being retired. Be sure to add a pack to your order TODAY!
